DEan Reedy
President & Owner
Dean Reedy, together with his brother Ray, opened the doors of Reedys' Air Conditioning and Heating Service, Inc. in 1971. Mr. Reedy has extensive experience in every facet of the industry. He has hands-on involvement with the day-to-day operations and engineering of every system installed by Reedys. This ensures that customers get the best value for their dollars.
Carrie
VICE PRESIDENT
As Deans daughter Carrie has been working under Dean and in the service department since 1993. She works with Donna and Carl to efficiently manage the service team and handle any customer needs or complaints. Carrie is available for any questions regarding service, parts and repair or preventive maintenance contracts.

Office Manager
Mary has been with Reedys' for over 2 years. Her experience with Reedys' makes her an expert in customer service.
David
residential & commercial
Sales Estimator
David has over 30 years of residential sales experience and over 7 years of HVAC industry experience. Performs blower door and duct testing. Submits new installation rebates.
Jo Ann
Secretary
Jo Ann has been with Reedys' for over 15 years. She is responsible for purchasing major equipment and material, as well as managing inventory and job costing. Joann also enjoys answering the phone and assisting Reedys' customers.
DANA
PRODUCTION MANAGER
With a background in service crew management since 1980, Dana joined Reedys' six years ago. He schedules and manages installation crews, orders equipment, and sees jobs through to completion. Dana is also responsible for follow-up in customer satisfaction.

SALES ESTIMATOR
Doug has over 22 years of estimating experience and over 34 years of HVAC industry experience.
CARL
SERVICE MANAGER
As current Service Manager Carl has been with Reedys' since 1995 working in our install and service department for over 25 years experience. He is available to price commercial service agreements, answer technical questions, and help with service repairs.
